When Ford went electric

Ford's first production electric vehicle was the 1998 Ranger EV, an electric version of its compact pickup. The Focus Electric followed in 2012, and then the Mustang Mach-E in 2021 and the F-150 Lightning in 2022 put electricity into two of the best-known names in the range.
